QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a software company specialized on GIS solutions. The company offers leading engineering, design and mapping software. Now we are looking for a high caliber HR Business Partner.
· Graduated from Business Administration, Labor Economics or similar faculties of universities
· Minimum 5 years of HR experience
· Strong legislation knowledge for employee records, hiring, firing process, performance management and training.
· Recruitment experience both managerial and technical positions including sw developers
· Strong experience about compensation and benefits, managing labor budget of the organization
· Performance management system experience is required
· Organizational development and training programs development know how is also required.
· Strong communication skills and outstanding leadership will be strong asset
· Fluent level spoken English is required
· No military obligation for male candidates
· The person will lead an HR specialist
· S/he will be responsible, compensation & benefit, performance management and training processes
· Employer branding, employee engagement, building high performance teams, developing organization and people, accurate labor budgets, flawless payroll preparation and perfectly compliant with legal issues will be challenges of this position.
