• Graduated from Mining, Geology or Mechanical Engineering departments of prominent universities.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mining industry.
• Strong project management experience in an Anglo-Saxon environment
• Strong mining (open pit) and beneficiation experience in operation, engineering and project evaluation
• Good understanding
• of mine infrastructure, plant flotation process requirements, industrial minerals and mining law
• Good communication and strong leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team environment under pressure
• Leadership of HS&E systems and ability to create a positive culture in this area
• Fluent in English or vice versa

İŞ TANIMI

• Act as a Deputy in Project Manager absence
• Establish the design and analysis parameters for the mine and beneficiation plant together with the Project Manager
• Prepare and/or approve Project design criteria
• Plan and supervise overall preparation of
  • < >Equipment evaluation and selection
  • < >Coordination and supervision of EPCM and non-EPCM disciplines
  • Governmental regulation and building code compliance
  • Site surveys
  • System and design concepts
• Provide guidance to the other members of the technical team
• Give input to construction cost estimates and schedules (Estimating itself is not the responsibility of the Project Engineer
• Assess the limitations of the engineering team and seek specialized help when needed
• Ensure that the Customer’s HSEQ policy, procedure and standards are followed
• Be responsible for the accuracy of each segment of the engineering work
• Be responsible for the final check of the engineering deliverables
