QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is one of the leading producer and exporter of feldspar, quartz, kaolin, ball clay, bentonite, halloysite, zinc and lead concentrate in Turkey. The company was founded in 1978 with the purpose of supplying raw materials for ceramic sector. Since its foundation, it has expanded its operations by adding metallic minerals production to its business lines. We are looking for high calibre executive professional as “Senior HR Specialist” candidates for our company whose qualifications are mentioned below:
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent experience in relevant field,
- Minimum 5 years of ralated experience in multinational environment,
- Positive and effective team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Attentive to details, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,
- Able to work in a fast-moving and demanding work environment,
- Fluency in English,
- Having no obstacle to travel
- Excellent MS Office applications knowledge,
- Resident in European side of Istanbul,
- Male candidates has to be completed their military services.
İŞ TANIMI
The position will report to HR Manager. He/she will work as an "Senior HR Specialist" take active role in recruitment, organizational development, traininig, employer branding and employee engagement processes.
