• University degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in real-estate industry having similar role
• Good knowledge of leasing regulations
• Result oriented
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage with targets
• Excellent command of English
• Able to travel
• Experience in meeting deadlines under compressed time schedules
•  Effectively collaborate in team and cross-functional settings 

İŞ TANIMI

• Organizing leasing documentation from the beginning of the process to the end
• Preparation of lease contracts and agreements
• Making necessary amendments to contracts
• Creating internal and external reports for the leasing process
• Preparing presentations to the board of directors
• Responding to tenants’ inquiries
• Responsible for administrative requirements
• Negotiating with tenats according to regulations.
• Managing negotiation and closure of individual leasing transactions. This involves a complete and detailed knowledge of the leasing contract and associated technical exhibits (construction exhibit, tenant criteria, etc).
• Drafting and negotiating lease agreements and all related documents.
• Participating together with the leasing colleagues to the negotiation of the lease agreements and related processes.
• Supporting tenants with authorization procedures.
