As Flormar, we are looking for an "International Trade Marketing Assistant Specialist / Specialist" for our growing and highly dynamic team.
 
QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related field. MBA will be an asset.
• 1 - 3 years of professional background in trade or shopper marketing focused on channel management preferably in color cosmetics, retail, SDA or FMCG sectors. Experience in fashion will be an asset.
• Excellent command of English and MS Office software.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
• Proven leadership skills, team management experience to supervise teammates and senior management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Be the ambassador of the brand while fulfilling the expectations of the consumers in international markets.
• International Trade Marketing Specialist plays a key role to drive excellence in 4P’s of the marketing mix.
• Visit prior countries at least 2 times in a year to build expertise and in-depth knowledge about shopper in that channel. Prepare a competitor scan file that includes on field activities and promotions.
• Organize review meetings with relevant departments whom are in charged of managing the country and provide them comprehensive information about the particular market.
• Analyze and bridge 4P’s of marketing mix for the prior country and involve relevant departments such as Category Management, Planning, Export Operations and such to fill the gap in that 4P’s.
• Prepare a time & action plan for key initiatives & projects that carry high priority for that particular country.
• Act under International Trade Marketing Manager as a part of a team while close connection with Sales, Marketing, Planning.
