We are currently looking for Human Resources Business Partner who will work as a Business Parter for Kocaeli Plants and New Projects Department. The position will be located in Gölcük/Kocaeli. Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Industrial Engineering
• Min.3 years of experience in HR processes  
• Excellent communication skills and team oriented,
• Strong command of English both written and spoken,
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills,
• Result Oriented,
• Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills,
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams,
• Ability to set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines as a good team player.
• Residency in Kocaeli,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

The main responsible areas are;

• Recruitment processes for white and blue collar employees
• Operating all HR processes such as performance management, talent management, career management and employee engagement
• Supporting HR Projects
• HR Reportings and other operations

The Human Resources Business Partner originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
