QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our international client is active in the medical devices industry. We are looking for a
Customer Services Representative for our client’s newly established local subsidiary office in Ataşehir.
- University degree
- Experience of working in an international customer services environment, or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multi-task at a high pace whilst paying attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, self-motivated, pro-active, can-do attitude
- Full computer literacy and conversant with MS Office software
- No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Assist external & internal customers with any work request
- Coordinate customer orders with the related Customer Service Teams
- Support and monitor deliveries with Turkish carrier, including the preparation of specific documentation and waste disposal coordination when applicable
- Importation support including the review of customs documentation, the follow up with customs agent and fiscal representative on tax payments, and the filing of the documentation
- Customer invoices review and mailing
- Credit collection support including the follow up with customer on outstanding payments, liaison with Finance on payment allocations and customer statements
- Support customer maintenance and new customers set up - E.g. collect customer data, customer licenses, etc.
- Report customer complaints and coordinate product returns when applicable
- Support the importation and exportation permit request submissions to Turkish authorities and the tracking of activities imported
- General administrative duties including data management and filing responsibilities
- Back up the Sales Coordinator when necessary
