Production Manager

FOX Networks Group (FNG)

• Fluent speaker in English and Turkish
• University Degree preferably in Television Production or post-secondary education in Television Production or Broadcasting
• At least 5 years of TV production experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced level of reading and understanding P&L and financial concepts
• Ability to create positive and dynamic working environment for the team

İŞ TANIMI

• Attend planning meetings and work integrated with the Sales, Marketing, Digital Media and Programming teams to continually map out the possible local production projects for FNG Turkey, based on insights and understanding of affiliates, sales clients and viewers.
• Develop and refine the ideas for production and present in rough forms (creative brief, story/mood-board) for internal and external meetings.
• Overcome idea killers, setbacks and obstacles to bring a creative concept to realization.
• Prepare the production budget and production schedule after the creative approval is granted.
• Have significant input on the cast and crew selections, production design, wardrobe, location selections, editing, music score and so forth.
• Working closely with the production crew, the executive producer has a role to protect the intentions of the approved creative concept and the vision of the director.
• Ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed artistic and technical standards.
• Ensure that the editorial consistency and high editorial standards of all content that are locally produced meets FNG’s vision and production standards.
• Coordinate local projects which may need to be executed with FNG’s global production teams.
• Create and execute all unique contracts for production by liaising with Legal and Financial Departments.
• Function as liaison between third party production companies and FNG and be responsible for delivering the finished product.
