CONTRACT MANAGER

We are looking for a Contract Manager for our Head Office in Ankara. The position will be located in Ankara. Required qualifications are:
  

• University degree from Engineering departments, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MBA is a plus) or from Law, Economics or Business Administration departments

• At least 5 years of experience in contracts management during bid phase and/or project execution, preferably in turnkey power plant construction projects

• Experience in execution and/or negotiation of FIDIC type contracts and strong ability to negotiate commercial and contractual issues

• Ability to work well within a team and within an international working environment, having an international sense of business

• Ability to meet deadlines while working on a number of projects concurrently

• No restrictions to travel within Turkey and abroad

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

İŞ TANIMI

• Working in a team of Contract Managers and reporting to the Contracts Director

• Preparing the commercial parts of proposals for construction of power plants on EPC basis

• Coordinating the commercial proposal preparation activities with support functions (insurance, legal, tax, finance etc.)

• Drafting and negotiation of EPC Contracts for the construction of power plants

• Drafting and negotiation of all other contractual documents, such as consortium agreements, supplier contracts, subcontracts, letter of intents, MoU etc.

• Operating sensitively in multicultural environments and building effective working relations with clients and colleagues
