QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Four-year degree University degree in related fields (Translation Studies, English Language and Literature, American Culture and Literature),
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Turkish,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Word and Excel, Power Point,
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, multitask, prioritize deadlines, work independently, take initiative and maintain confidentiality,
  • Proactive, self-disciplined and open-minded personality, ability and willingness to learn,
  • Excellent time management with strong follow-up,
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations,
  • Positive and dynamic personality, with advanced organizational skills,
  • Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing tasks, careful and detail oriented,
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and at flexible working hours,
  • Enthusiastic to work in a multicultural work environment,
  • Preferably International experience (work and study programs)
  • Preferably Chinese speaking

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
  • Interpreting from English to Turkish or vice versa during the meetings and whenever there is a difficulty in communication within the company due to language barrier,
  • Translating all kinds of correspondence and Daily management needs into English / Turkish,
  • Providing Administrative / Personal / Executive support to the Expatriate as needed, of a confidential nature,
  • Organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings,
  • Extensive calendar management with last minute changes,
  • Processing expense documents, managing electronic calendars, and setting up appointments
  • Support the business development
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor

Preferred Candidate

1 - 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed
