WHAT WE DO

• PRESSING : Transformation of sheet metal into fundamental car parts
• WELDING : Fusing parts together by means of heat and pressure

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Production capacity management
• Production planning, monitoring, controlling.
• Process & resource management.
• Production report.
• Leading, managing, coaching, and educating production Engineers.
• Production quality management.
• Productivity enhancement.
• Facility, equipment, tools and utility management.
• Environment management.
• Safety management

REQUIRED 

• Who is always energetic and vivacious.
• Who has extremely strong mentality. 
• Who has a strong sense of own responsibility.
• Who equipped with sufficient knowledge and experience.
• Who always doubts what she(he) knows or experienced.
• Who values productivity, efficiency and reasonability.
• Who can communicate fluently in English.
• High level practical skills in using MS Excel applications.
• Free from military service.
• A person who accepts commuting to Kocaeli.

PREFERRED

• BS degree in a related major is preferred but not compulsory.
• +7 years’ relevant experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of IATF 16949 and/or ISO 14001 is an additional asset.

Verbal Korean is highly valued
