QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
An international company is looking for a Production Manager to be an excellent representative his/her department who will be working within the scope of group company’s Turkey location.
• Bachelors degree in mechanical, industrial engineering or equivalent departments,
• At least 5 years experience as a Production Manager in especially white goods, automotive and plastic industries,
• Good level of English knowledge and Microsoft Office knowledge such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word,
• Has experience in methods and processes of production,
• Has experience managing or coordinating groups/people for a common purpose,
• Improved representing skills, strong leadership skills, analytic thinker, ambitious, highly self-motivated,
• Perfect problem-solving skills, ability to develop others, cooperation and dealing with other group companies,
• Preferably living in Çorlu area or close location to be able to travel daily,
• Completed military service (for male candidates),
• No travel restrictions, international and having mobility.
İŞ TANIMI
• Responsible for process management (Cost reduction, Development of all processes, KPI’s, Health & Safety, Productivity, Scrap Management etc.)
• Control and follow processes in all areas of production,
• Optimization of performance and scrap reduction, calculation of productivity for weekly flashes, reporting them on a weekly basis,
• To establish and continually develop production processes for the benefit of company.

More than 5 years of experience
