Plant Exchange Planner & IE Process Improvement En

University degree in Industrial Engineering,

At least 1-3 years of experience in production planning, continous improvement or industrial engineering is an advantage.

Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

Must be quick learner, problem solver and multitasking

Good command of English

Advanced SAP knowledge

Military service should be completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Formulate production plans and exchanges to ensure supply to the customer is on time and in correct quantities.
• Ensure effective communication to customers regarding any deviations to the production plan.
• Provide revised production dates to customers against orders as a result of changes to production capacity or supply.
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge of the processes, machinery and constraints across the company in order to formulate realistic plans and provide accurate availability information.
• Place orders with internal and external facilities, where necessary, to ensure material/component availability in line with production plans.
• Collect feedback and provide assessments on local change readiness and progress of implementation efforts.
• Learn about PO in all dimensions and identify potential process improvement areas to improve efficiency and productivity by leveraging the outcomes of PO implementation.
• Conduct studies to identify optimum kanban and stock levels by leveraging the MES implementation. Closely work with PO pillars to identify potential FI projects and provide IE support for the implementation of projects.
• Calculate C vs R studies for better capacity planning and utilization. Conduct process de-bottlenecking studies and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate work/time standards through time and motion studies. Keep routings updated accordingly
• Track machine performances on regular basis and give feedback to production for identified opportunities.
