  • Understanding and following the digital trends and innovations,
  • Proposing, developing and implementing mobile apps,websites and mobile sites:UX Analysis,process development, Usage performance improvement and content management, 
  • Providing recommandations and implementing actions to improve Customer experince and leads generation to optimize digital channels performance,
  • Providing ad-hoc and periodic Groupama digital channels performance reports,
  • Coordinates the design and technology, for on-time delivery digital communication for campaigns and product launches,
