• Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related departments,
• Min. 5 years of HR experience, especially in Learning and Development,
• Having strong communication and writing skills both in Turkish and English,
• Having good knowledge of MS Office,
• Having strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with all levels,
• Having highly effective organization, planning and time management skills,
• Result-oriented,
• Having project and change management experience,
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing priorities,
• Having train the trainer certificate,
• Having coaching skills and certificate is an asset.

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing all aspects of training, including creation and supervision of ongoing training programs, and development of future training programs,
• Designing, development and delivery of the academy,
• Developing and implementing all training assessment and evaluation tools,
• Evaluating overall effectiveness of training programs and processes,
• Identifying technical and personal development training needs to design and implement effective training programs,
• Developing and implementing leadership development programs,
• Conducting orientation trainings for the new employees,
• Identifying and reporting training metrics monthly/yearly basis,
• Supporting campus events,
• Providing input to and supporting on the company’s HR strategy,
• Taking part in special projects to support the HR strategy.
