• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineeering or related fields,  MBA will be preferred.
  • Analysis, CRM and Campaign Management experience will be an asset
  • Minimum 3 years experience in marketing and loyalty program management.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Highly motivated, strategic thinker with an ability to lead a project from design to implementation. 
  • Organized with a high attention to detail. 
  • Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines. 
  • Strong cross-channel marketing knowledge
  •  Understanding of direct marketing execution and tactics, including email, direct mail and data driven marketing.


  • Responsible for managing loyalty programs and encouraging brand loyalty.
  • Lead and optimize the loyalty program, leveraging analytics and cross-channel marketing to engage customers.
  • Develop annual program goals and strategic plans to drive growth across the program.
  • Manage execution of approved strategy and plans of the program.
  • Drive program KPIs and ongoing reporting to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
