• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Very good analytical and critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Expand work scope definition for engineering design and equipment procurement
• International experience or extensive collaboration with international customers and project teams.
• Read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
• Knowledge about Project Management, Cost Control, Planning and/or Other Commercial Functions
• Lead procurement processes
• Familiar and active user of autocad and MS Office programs
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Autodesk AutoCAD 2D (3D is an advantage)
• Excellent team building and management skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to use initiative
• Excellent command of the English language (written & spoken)
• No restriction for travelling
• Military service must be completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Project management, including all aspects of planning, scoping, budgeting, scheduling, technical decision making, ensuring technical quality, tracking,
• Managing and monitoring all technical operation and team members
• Managing the coordination between the project department, site team, subcontractors and suppliers
• Responsible for the project and site team. Guide, support, motivate and developed team members to achieve project / organization goals
• Manage and control engineering projects from conception through to completion, meeting the intended aims of the project and providing the required technical expertise. 
• Involved in the design, specification, procurement and implementation of the process equipment and systems.
• Optimization between plants with providing the access to new and latest technologies and know-how through tracking and analyzing technological process innovations worldwide in steel  plant utilities by studying literature and/or direct company contacts
• Estimate budget and prepare schedule for determined investment projects
• Make research and basic design for new system
• Prepare technical specification
• Health & Safety Management
• Spare parts – consumer parts management
