QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University degree, 
  • 5-10 years of HR experience, in an international company is an asset,
  • Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Advanced MS Office skills,
  • Knowledge about local labor law
  • Strong reporting capability,
  • Very good analytical background, strong communication & negotiation skills,
  • Self-disciplined, result oriented and motivated,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
     


İŞ TANIMI

Ensure all HR policies and procedures are implemented locally in compliance with current local labor law and standards. Build recruitment needs and manage all recruitment process. Lead talent management activities. Establish training and development needs and execute annual training and development plan. Lead performance management system.
