• University graduate, preferably from Engineering or Management disciplines
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in supply chain and customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent command of English and Turkish in both speaking and writing

• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
• Good in interpersonal relations
• Good coordination and relationship management skills
• Ambitious for task completion with sufficient quality

İŞ TANIMI

• Being responsible to communicate and coordinate with internal departments making arrangements for the customers to get their product in a timely manner.
• Planning of OTC process and customer supply
• Maintaining ongoing communication with customers
• Order tracking and system entry
• Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquires about products andservices.
• Handle and resolving customer's complaints.
• Supporting the CS department in projects
