Innovation Project Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Science ( Master's in Business Administration is preferred )
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, 2 years in Product Development, Technical Customer Service, or Marketing desired
• Experience in managing complex projects that involve cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills in English, German as a second language is an asset.
• Advanced user of MS Office
• Ability and willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Having experience in automotive industry is a plus

İŞ TANIMI

• Lead and review one or many Innovation Projects in India, Middle East and Africa region
• Manage and facilitate regular interaction between innovation team members in a virtual team
environment to speed project pace by holding regular meetings
• Define and manage project milestones to ensure alignment with regional steering unit plans and innovation strategy, including financial business plans, technical roadmaps, customer roadmaps, positioning, and/or risk analysis.
• Oversee project implementation activities, potentially across one or several single projects in
adhesives development process
• Identify potential key gaps and provide alternative solutions in order to meet the business targets; regularly update on project progress and summarize status of the project clusters managed
• Oversee product launch stage in the ADP to ensure adequate quality before launch
• Follow up the innovation rate with regular reporting activities
