What does the role involve?
The Credit & Collections Specialist is responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls by partnering with Account Managers and Regional Managers to provide information on customers’ accounts. This position provides timely and efficient collection of the company’s account receivables and approves orders on new accounts as well as additional billings on existing accounts resulting in maximum sales, sound receivables, and minimal losses.   

What you need is:

• University degree in business administration, finance, economics or related fields
• Experience in multinational companies’ finance department is an asset
• Analytical and communication skills essential
• Ability to solve difficult situations using own judgment and sense of initiative
• SAP knowledge is an asset
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
• Male candidates must have completed their military service

İŞ TANIMI

Credit Collection Specialist will be responsible for: 

• Produce routine reports and make summaries for management when required
• Manage the process for post-dated cheques including those that are dishonored & liaising with third parties and customers alike
• Manage credit card payments
• Release orders from credit hold via analyzing Findeks report
• Manage copy invoice requests
• Consistently demonstrate control of cash and aging targets
• Respond to general questions from the territory of sales teams under his/her responsibility
• Build constructive relationships at all levels of the organization and with external customers
• Participate in project related to Credit and Collection Department
• Make daily collection calls
• Make customer reconciliations
• Make ad-hoc requests of Credit and Collection Manager
