“Spa Manager” New Openning (120 Rooms)
Spa Manager serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related major
- 4 years of experience in the SPA, Guest Services, Front Desk, Sales and Marketing, or related professional area.
- Computer literate, with good MS Excel skills
- Good time management and organisation skillsExcellent communication skill both team and Guest Relations
- Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written
İŞ TANIMI
· Manages overall operations of the spa; carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards
· To Lead, direct and supervise spa team in creating an outstanding experience for the guests - so that guests are greeted in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
· Managing SPA team members and spa therapists to ensure high motivation, provision of high quality service and ongoing development
· Manages guest feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programme improvement
· To maintain quality effectively within brand values and standards
· Responds to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved
· Ensures health and safety regulations are complied with the feedbacks are observed by guests, and team members
· Reviews comment cards, guest satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement.
· Deals with all membership enquiries, membership sales and renewals in line with prearranged targets and take and administer bookings and payments where necessary.
· Ensures all complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently and in confidence, initiating corrective actions if required.
· Empowers all team members to deal with guest complaints
· Guides SPA Team to become caring problem solvers, cooperative, accommodating and fair.
