• Has a Bachelor degree from Economics or Business Administration; MBA degree is an asset;  
• 5 - 7 years of experience in Finance and Accounting;
• Relevant experience and deep knowledge on local accounting rules and controlling;
• Has or will nearly have CPA and/or CMA certificate;
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO & SD modules;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to process data;
• Excellent follow-up skills;
• Eagerness and commitment to learn;
• Advanced multi-tasking skills;
• Fluent in English;
• No obligation of military service for male candidates. 

İŞ TANIMI

The scope of responsilibity of this position will be; 

• Customer accounting
  •             Customer account management, monitoring and control of credit limits in SAP.
  •             Domestic and foreign customer’s payment terms monitoring and reporting.
  •             Monitoring and reporting of customer risk and manage customer insurance
  •             Monitoring the collection of the domestic and foreign trade receivables.
  •             Review existing process for sales return and setup best practice.
  •             Negotiation for best insurance terms for customer credit insurance.
  •             Work on various cost saving projects to control overhead expenses
  •             Performing all periodical collections projections and reporting
  •             Monitoring of reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve pending issues with customers to reconcile account.
  •             Customer limits, risk monitoring and analysis, the fulfillment of other tasks associated with the collection process and tools.
  •             Risk Analysis, monitoring of the aging reports and discussion with Domestic/Export sales team. Final presentation to MANCOM and discussion to plan solution for issues.
   
  Internal audit & accounting
  •             Interact with Internal auditors and transaction auditor team as single point contact from finance side and tracking of implementation status for audit reports.
  •             Study internal control process and suggest revision for improvements.
  •             Control and review of existing SOP and suggest revision.
  •             Prepare the quarterly presentations to be board of directors and senior management
