We are seeking for a Brand Manager to join our Marketing team with below qualifications. 

• Has Bachelor degree in relevant field like Business Administration, Economy etc., 
• Has preferably Master degree, 
• Has a 5 years relevant experience in FMCG companies and category management,
• Has strong written and verbal English knowledge,
• Has the following competencies :analythical thinking, self motivation, target oriented, motivated with achievements, independence in business, self starter, eager to work in multitasking, preparing and performing in presentations and result oriented. 
• Has driving licence and is an active driver, 
• Has no travel restrictions,
• Has no military obligations. 

İŞ TANIMI

The qualified Brand Manager will work with the following job description: 

• Coordinating the product launch process for responsible category,
• Ensuring consistency of brand strategy and the brand's fundamental elements,
• Forecasting consumer insights about the brand and adapting it according to new trends,
• Following up the market dynamics with research reports and preparing the category and brand analysis based on the research data,
• Coordinating new product development process with internal and external 3th parties, 
• Developing and implementing the product roll out plans,
• Planning and executing the marketing plans for responsible category,
• Supporting the Trade Marketing team,
• Undertaking relationship with ATL/BTL, Packaging agencies and 3th parties
