Our costumer is, manufacturing and providing professional contractors and DIY users with a wide array of construction chemicals. We are looking for a
“Business Development Manager”.- Min. master’s degree level from a reputable University.
- More than 5 years of demonstrated knowledge and sales experience in the B2B direct market.
- Specific market and industry knowledge. Knowledge of Construction market and especially roofing / waterproofing industry is the must.
- Experience developing and leading marketing strategies in waterproofing.
- An ability to project management.
- High level of customer relation management, technical and sales capability to handle various customers issues in a fast paced environment.
- High level of professionalism for building relationship with head quarter in Europe.
- Excellent command of English.
İŞ TANIMI
- Support proactively and effectively the development and implementation of the waterproofing strategy.
- Develop products for the market jointly with the Business Unit and headquarter level.
- Through a relationship with clients, identify market trends and needs, look for opportunities.
- Timely preparation and presentation of reports: market, products, competition, actions.
- Responsible of the sales in the waterproofing business, acquiring new customers, maintaining current ones and strengthening company market position.
- Maintaining good and regular contact with customers through planning and implementation of personal visits.
- Having related technical sales skills to sell Value Added products to customers.
- Capable to deliver trainings, seminars to technical people.
- Manage and lead all sorts of relation with BU for technical subjects.
- Manage his budget, spending according to guidance.
