• University education in Human Resources, Labor Economics, Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering or relevant departments related with Social Sciences and Engineering Faculties. Preferably experience in HR processes.
• Fluency in English is a must
• MS Office (solid knowledge)
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, project management and having a dynamic and entrepreneurial profile
• Position expectations: Recuitment  & selection, training management, organizational structuring, orientation, development of projects related to human resources and to take an active role in the execution.
• Analytical, customer-oriented, open to cooperation and innovation, decision-making and be open to use initiative.
• Have completed military service for male candidates
• Living or willing to live in Tekirdağ

İŞ TANIMI

1. Takes part in recruitment and selection process for both employees and trainees, recruits the people who have the determined competencies.
2. Keeps the job descriptions up-to-date.
3. Keeps the organization charts up-to-date.
4. Arranges and develops orientation programmes. Prepares and updates orientation presentation and orientation documents.
5. Manages Human Resources Projects.
6. Supports to prepare annual unit budget.
7. Follows the employees who are master and doctorate students.
8. Participates company communication, company social responsibilities studies. 

1. Must obey Health Safety Environment (HSE)standards and work procedures  in his/her activities.
2. Authorized to detect and correct unsafe acts and situations in his/her work place and also authorized to  immediately  report any other potential hazardous situations. 
3. Authorized to stop working whenever a situation threating his/her own  or colleagues’ health  and safety and must immediately report this situation to his/her manager.
4. There’s a specific duty to self-assess risk for the domain of responsibility and highlight risks to the direct manager in a timely manner.(Valid for top and middle management positions.)
