IHI DALGAKIRAN MACHINERY was established with the partnership of IHI Holding from Japan and DALGAKIRAN Group from Turkey. IHI Dalgakıran is the first and only Turbo Compressor manufacturer of our country. To be assigned at our company’s Kocaeli / Dilovası location;

• University degree from Mechanical Engineering Department,
• Fluent in English both written and spoken,
• At least 5 years of experience in production area,
• Having an analytical approach and proactive problem solving skills,
• Strong leadership, white&blue collar management skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• No restriction for travelling, 
• Residing in Istanbul-Anatolian side or Kocaeli (İzmit, Derince, Körfez, Dilovası, Gebze, Çayırova) or relocate.

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible of production operations,
• Review processes and procedures on an ongoing basis for safety and production efficiency,
• Take responsibility for all direct and indirect work procedures in his/her department,
• Recommend new procedures and sequences to improve quality and quantity and to reduce production costs,
• Manage processes in cooperation with the Quality and Planning departments.
