We are looking for Business Intelligence Specialist who will be located in our Istanbul office.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree required, preferably in a quantitative field including Statistics, Engineering, Economics or Management;

• Preferably 2 years of experience with hands-on data analytics and problem-solving ability;

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, specifically Excel;

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics;

• SQL knowledge and basic understanding of databases;

• Passionate about analytics and data-driven marketing;

• Excellent verbal, analytical, leadership and written communication skills;

• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time;

• Highly analytical and detail-oriented;

• Intellectually curious with a strong willingness to learn.

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop and oversee customers’ usage and success rate of Insider Applications;
• Provide analysis and insight for daily customer meetings;
• Play Liaison Role for organizing and presenting Partner Success Team’s contribution to product development processes;
• Preparing and developing weekly usage reports and analysis and share these analysis with relevant internal parties;
• Delivering segmentation of Insider Customers and reporting and analyzing it on a weekly basis;
• Working closely with development team to add, update and verify implementation of analytics tracking on Insider Applications;
• Providing CRM reports for tracking Partner Success Team field activities;
• Develop reports and make actionable recommendations for Insider Customers based on Insider data metrics.
