OPERATIONS MANAGER

Our client is a leading international manufacturer of wire solutions and operating in the White Goods business. Developing and manufacturing wire products are the companies core competences.

As a leading German player in this industry segment, we are seeking an experienced “Operations Manager” at their Turkey production facility located in Çerkezköy.

This individual will manage and direct all plant / production, maintenance, quality activities. The ideal candidate must have highly experienced in production surroundings in the similar industry. 

• BSc, Mechanical or relevant engineering degree
• Fluency in German is essential and English is a plus.
• Over 5 years production management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Highly driven, resilient, assertive, solutions oriented
• Exhibit strong leadership skills within a manufacturing environment
• Sound knowledge about quality,health and safety management systems

• Maintain on-time scheduling, production, and deliveries
• Drive continuous improvement for all aspects of the operations and facilities
• Modern production technology knowledge and commissioning new investments.
• Ensure that regular production reports are created/maintained
• Maintain quality, environment, health and safety regulations.
• Directly reporting in German to headquarter in Germany
• Promote a successful, team-oriented workforce
