QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

İtameks Automotive is the Tier 1 manufacturer and supplier to 11 global automotive brands outside Turkey. A clear focus is being put onto the growing market of OEM line feed supplies of all types of floor mats (textile, rubber, TPE) in and outside Turkey.

- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or economics
- 2 – 5 years of experience in sales and projects used to coordinate commercial and programme activities within the Automotive industry preferably with global OEMs
- Knowledge of ISO TS 16949 / ISO IATF 16949 and APQP
- Good product and process knowledges of rubber, plastic part or textile part manufacturing
- Good command of ERP systems
- Advance financial calculation skills for all costings
- Dynamic and self motivated
- Ability to engage and motivate team members and reach superior performances
- Very good command of English and second language is prefered; fluent in French or fluent in German
- Good customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation kills
- Analytical minded, flexible, goal oriented and initiative taker
- Driving license
- No travel restrictions (Locally and internationally)
İŞ TANIMI
Reporting to President of İtameks Automotive, the ideal candidate will be responsible for;
- Preparation of yearly sales plan, sales budget, forecasts and strategic sales plan
- Managing key accounts in Turkey and Europe
- Building efficient and favorable relationships with existing and potential OE customers versus competitors
- Building and implementing company marketing strategies to enhance our brand value and competitiveness in the OEM market
- Managing projects with Global & National OE (Original Equipment) customers
- Supervise the correct OE project management following the APQP guidelines with full P&L, Quality and deadlines responsibilities of the projects
- Coaching and developing the project organization
The main purpose of the role is to manage and implement the sales strategies developed in the Global and European OEM markets ensuring that the technical and commercial interests are aligned with the Company strategy.
