Accounts Receivable Associate / Finance

We are looking for passionate candidates with the right attitude for Accounts Receivable Associate (Customer Services) position in ourFinance Department:

• University Degree, preferably in Business Administration or equivalent,
• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience,
• Advanced level of English knowledge,
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills,
• SAP knowledge is a plus,
• Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensure accurate book keeping of accounting records regarding Accounts Receivable cycle in line with Turkish Tax Legislation & IFRS principles.
• Execute activites related with account receivables such as; order entry, collection and reporting, issuing domestic and Intercompany e-invoice activities.
• Provide assistance to Sales Department in order to support order to cash cycle.
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable balances periodically.
• Analyze the credit limits, aging, payment terms of customers and follow-up, report and execute entries of Letter of Guarantees.
• Manage J-SOX and Internal Control activities
