QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JUMO as a German originated company is operating in the instrumentation and process automation industry with an experience of 60 years. The core of the company is the instrumentation, process control and automation, measurement technology and related devices to measure / control / record various physical and chemical parameters like temperature, pressure, humidity, analytical values like pH, ORP, conductivity, and so on.
Due to the expansion of business activities, we have decided to recruit new workmates as

Enthusiasm, flexibility, creativity and self-confidence are very vital requirements for the following positions.
- Bachelors degree in an engineering field preferably in Electrical/ Electronic, Chemical, Food, Environmental Engineering
- Having at least 2 years of experience in Technical Sales or Technical Support
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- In-depth understanding of technical sales principles and customer service practices
- Problem solving ability and positive altitude
- Fluency in English and/or German (both is preferred)
- Experience or knowledge in instrumentation and process industry or calibrationis an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office and hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Must have completed the military service for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Understanding customer needs and put it into a technically readable format
- Receive emails or accept phone calls from customers and deals with the requests
- Provide help and support to customers to maintain and improve the relation
- Preparing offers and follow up
- Review pending offers to make them finalized in a proper way.
- Review pending orders to ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Acknowledging customers by responding to emails and phone calls
- Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
- Reporting on activities periodically
