QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Metalfrio Solutions is currently one of the largest companies in the industry and continues to grow as a result of a strong and focused expansion program.
The supply base consists of 4 strategically located manufacturing facilities in Brazil, Mexico, Turkey and Russia and has a global distribution structure in over 80 countries.

Metalfrio Plant in Turkey (Klimasan) is one of the most modern and automated facilities in the industry. With its efficient manufacturing capabilities and excellent location can serve most markets in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
  • Bs. Degree in Engineering Faculties, or in Business Administration,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • 4-6 year experience in manufacturing companies,
  • Advanced level of MS Office usage,
  • Live/Willing to live in or close to Manisa or İzmir,

İŞ TANIMI

  • Responsibility to assure customer satisfaction, smooth and seamless day-to-day functioning of Services Sales for services and spare parts in Turkey. 
  • Achieve agreed growth objectives in terms of selling services and spare parts in Turkey, profitability and market share.
  • Identify and capitalize commercial opportunities to contribute to profitable growth of the services business in Turkey,
  • Ensure effective implementation of corporate commercial procedures and policies for Turkish operations,
  • Build and maintain good relationship with subcontractors (services network, 3rd party logistic companies and other suppliers), targeting to improve further the quality of services and to ensure customer satisfaction, while keeping service cost at lowest possible rates,
  • Manage performance to continually grow a high performing team.
