QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
KNAUF INSULATION, one of the largest and most respected insulation manufacturers in the world offering a wide range of insulation materials to meet the growing demand of energy efficiency and acoustic performance in new and existing homes, commercial buildings and industrial applications is looking for a Process and Quality Manager.
- University degree in Engineering,
- 5 years of relevant professional experience,
- Reports to the Plant Manager and is a part of the plant management team,
- One of the key players of the continuous improvement process,
- Demonstrate professionalism, independent and organized thinking, tenacity, proactive "get it done" attitude,
- The candidate will be flexible, autonomous with the ability to identify immediate priorities and possess excellent time management skills,
- Maintain competency and state-of-art knowledge in pertinent aspects of engineering disciplines,
- Recommend improvements to the process and equipment, participate on improvement teams,
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously,
- The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem solving/analytical skills,
- Turkish native, fluency in English - written and spoken,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Located in Eskişehir.
