QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

''WE are seeking a Civil Engineer to reinforce our Maintenance and Utilities Team.''
- B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Civil Engineering,
- Min 3 years experience in related field,
- Preparation of progress payment and settlement experience,
- Able to perform quantity takeoff on projects,
- Site management experience and reporting knowledge,
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Analytical thinking, enthusiastic, self motivated,
- Strong communication skills, team player as well as a team leader,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Advanced computer skills and MS Office programs.
İŞ TANIMI
- Prepare progress payment and settlement, perform quantity takeoff on projects,
- Draw up specifications, discuss technical details about offer with the supplier, obtain licences within the process,
- Follow up milestones, coordinate and control of construction activities,
- Conduct business plan of construction works according to target budget and quality.

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
