Senior IT Integration Analyst

KOTON

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst or a similar position,
• University degree in MIS, Computer, Industrial Engineering or other related Engineering fields,
• Fluent command of written and spoken English,
• Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and LSP integrations,
• Knowledge of query languages, ETL Tools, web service methodologies (XML, SOAP, WSDL etc.), database management and system design,
• Knowledge in software development life cycle, DevOps and agile principles,
• Demonstrated project management skills (experience of methodologies such as PMI or equivalent), able to plan, prioritize requests and meet deadlines,
• Strong analytical thinking abilities and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual, attention to detail and accuracy,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Proactive attitude, interested in new technologies,
• Travel required.

İŞ TANIMI

Our new colleague will be working in Koton Gebze Distribution Center, will be a part of Koton IT team. He/she will be responsible for following functions:

• Act as a single point of contact for logistic service providers and Koton head quarter in integration implementation, transition and migration projects,
• Assist Head Quarter IT team and other business units by providing operational and functional knowhow and assist with integration structure,
• Work closely with logistic software provider and Logistic team to identify the right solution for business requirements,
• Facilitate discussions with provider teams and business units to define project steps, help to remove roadblocks through project lifecycle,
• Create IT data integration structure for each new project, and follow Koton IT standards in new implementations,
• Plan project charts, monitor and report progress and accuracy to ensure implementation is completed within agreed project deadlines,
• Work with Integration Developer, ensure that each new project is developed with internal standards,
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing process (UAT), publish new developments, train and support business units,
• Support internal business units with data integration problems, track technical issues within daily operations,
• Responsible for company and department KPI’s, deploy services to reach company objectives,
• Create strong working relationships within IT and Logistic teams,
• Provides guidance to less experienced colleagues as required
