• Bachelor and master’s degree from departments such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics
• Outstanding record of academic achievement
• Hands on consulting experience is required
• Knowledge in public sector agenda, priorities and awareness of public sector culture
• Structured analytical  thinker with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Good team player, result oriented, disciplined, attentive, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• No military service obligation for male candidates
• No restrictions to travel
• Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations 
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations

İŞ TANIMI

• Work as part of a team to deliver commercial, market and operational reviews, strategic studies, and business plans
• Design and execute sectorial analysis, impact assessment, market analysis, business model analysis, benchmarking, strategic rationale and fit etc.
• Analyze and map client’s processes, identify areas of improvement and develop process improvement plans
• Analyze client requirements, conceptualize complex issues in a structured way, and propose actionable recommendations
• Undertake primary and secondary research to collect data and information
• Prepare presentations and other client deliverables 
• Take part in business development, tender preparation and proposal writing processes
• Work collaboratively with other KPMG practices in the development of proposals and delivery of recommendations
