QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University graduate, preferably having a Masters degree in Human Resources
  • Experience in a similar position for at least 5-6 years
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High learning agility

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Manage interpersonal relations with professionalism at all levels within and outside the company
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially in Powerpoint and Excel.


İŞ TANIMI

  • Manage the recruitment processes in Tax & Advisory departments; i.e. Work in coordination with HR Business Partners and the Department heads to define qualifications and job descriptions of vacant positions; prepare job advertisements and post jobs in Kariyer.net, LinkedIn and/or internal mailing system; filter applications to determine qualified candidates; interview and determine a shortlist of candidates; coordinate and follow up interviews of Department managers and partners; make sure reference controls are completed and reports are placed in personnel files; inform HR operations to make the job offer and follow up the result; ensure candidates are informed at every stage of the recruitment process on a timely manner; and ensure an up to date candidate interview database is maintained
  • Organize and plan the orientation programs throughout the year, specifically the New Graduate Orientation Program in October, coordinating preparations of: KPMG on-boarding HR presentation, organize other Departments’ presentations, lead creative agency in designing and preparing KPMG branding materials, and ensure new entry operations are completed
  • Support employer branding activities in targeted universities by organizing career events at school campuses or at KPMG offices, making sure KPMG Professionals from Tax and Advisory represent KPMG at these events
  • Manage recruitment processedsof incoming & outgoing expats
  • Implement company-wide internal communication activities according to annual plan
  • Conduct exit interviews with employees leaving Advisory or Tax departments and create periodical reports on key findings
  • Support Global People Survey preparations every 2 years, which include comparison of survey items with previous years’, translation and control of survey items and other related tasks
  • Manage third party relations such as internal communication creative agencies, headhunters and other suppliers

5 - 6 years of experience
