• Minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable universities in Chemical Engineering, Industrial / Mechanical / Management Engineering,
• Min. 10 years experience in sales & team management (Plastics sector experience is preferred),
• Fluency in spoken and written English, 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Success-oriented, ability to work under pressure,
• Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications,
• Flexible for frequently traveling and having valid driving license,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for customer management, business management, risk management and product management,
• Leading sales team,
• Focus on sales of PE, PP, PVC or Engineering Plastics,
• Managing relations with existing clients and to develop new business opportunities,
• Maintain strong relationships with customers as a key account person, extend customer portfolio,
• Effectively negotiation of price, quantities, payment terms as to achieve the business plans,
• Be knowledge able on market trends and develop sales plans for assigned territory,
• Achieve set volume/margin targets with deadlines,
• Continuously visit customers inside and outside of Turkey.
