Logistics Specialist

L'Oréal Türkiye

• 4 years’ university degree preferably in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse / distribution management
• Reside in İstanbul Asian side
• Good command of MS Office Programs
• SAP knowledge is an asset
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Eager to work in a dynamic work environment
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Monitor daily operations performance and follow up nonconformities for improvement in KPIs.
• Ensure that 3PL company is operating in line with L’Oréal objectives, quality standards and good warehousing principles.
• Analyze and improve productivity of warehousing and handling processes.
• Coordinate the information flow between 3PL and headquarter teams.
• Follow up and update the current procedures.
• Lead the periodical stock take process.
• Analyze logistics related customer complaints and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
• Monitor stock reconciliation periodically.
