Plant Finance Manager

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Engineering,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Minimum ten years of experience in Finance with at least five years of experience in Managerial Position,
• Analytical thinking,
• Proactive attitude,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

İŞ TANIMI

• Management and development of the Finance team,
• Ensuring that all financial reports are done accurately and within agreed time frames,
• Providing financial information to the company’s Management and giving recommendations,
• Working on process improvement within the Finance Department,
• Coordinating the creation of budgets, plans and forecasts,
• Building and analysing monthly and quarterly monitoring tables,
• Assisting the Management to build the department budget,
• Validating the industrial cost price during the budgeting period and the current year,
• As part of the Management Committee of the plant, developing the industrial strategy of the plant,
• Leading the internal control of the company.
