Senior HR Generalist

L'Oréal Türkiye

• University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Legal, Human Resources Management or related field
• 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources as a generalist
• Advanced in Microsoft office tools
• Fluency in English
• Strong team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to details, result-oriented with strong planning skills

İŞ TANIMI

Carry out all general HR tasks for selective divisions and Corporate Functions in Turkey (sourcing, HR communication, employee engagement, learning for development, rewards, management change projects, etc.).
Talent Acquisition & Integration

• Being responsible of the recruitment process of related divisions/functions – Beauty Advisors are included as well.
• Participating in recruitment activities in order to attract and select the best, to implement the FIT program and to build close relationships with associates and identify potential.
• Updating the recruitment file & reporting it weekly comparing with the HC budget
• Adapting and implementing orientation and onboarding program for the new comers & following up the FIT Orientation Programs

Learning For Development & Performance Management

• Managing performance process and consulting related business partners
• Implementing performance trainings for all new comers & doing refreshments for each employee
• Making sure all employees complete their MYR & YER forms properly
• Supporting HRM in managing LFD activities for the related business partners
• Managing PULSE engagement survey process for related divisions
• Following up all “must have trainings” & boost the usage of e-Learning platform

Business & Operational

• Preparing analyses, presentations or key messages for the HRM and HRD, in order to facilitate exchanges between operations managers and social partners
• Collecting and summarizing data and carrying out reports on HR performance indicators
• Develop his/her knowledge of the business by participating in business meetings and rounds of negotiation for her units
