Project Manager

Our ideal candidate is expected to have following qualifications;
 

• BA or BS Degree in related departments,
• +5 years experience in project management as a team manager,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Advanced skills in English,
• Excellent coordination and management skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and  project management tools,
• PMI / PMP certification is a plus.

İŞ TANIMI

The position will directly report to General Manager and will be responsible for;
 

• Managing and coordinating the new projects in different product life cycles,
• Acting as a contact person between plant and other group companies that are related to the project (domestic and international)
• Organising the actions of teams from different disciplines/functions (desing, product development, quality, purchasing,production etc.) to achieve requirements/milestone targets, and satisfy customer expectations,
• Acting as the contact person between the project team, subcontractor, customer and senior management
• Maintaining and monitoring the project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures,
• Following the activities from pre-serial production to serial production.
