QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an outstanding Receptionist to join our team. High level of presentation and energetic personality essential.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills
İŞ TANIMI
- Positively greeting and meeting all visitors to the school, and then directing them to the proper person and / or place.
- Answering all incoming telephone calls, emails and mails and then redirecting them to the proper person.
- Verify the absences for each school day, prepare a report and send to the Primary and Secondary schools.
- Prepare the bus lists for each school day indicating absences and early dismissal.
- Processing and recording late and absent slips, doctor permission, and calls homes as necessary for confirmation of student absences.
- Ensuring that all staff members register their entrance and exit by signing in and out each day.
- Completing all other reasonable tasks set out by Principals or the Assistant General Manager.
Preferred Candidate
More than 2 years of experience
