Sales Support Assistant Specialist

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related sciences,
• 0-2 years of work experience in a related sector is required (such as finance or automotive sectors),
• Very good command of English both written and spoken,
• Preferably advanced knowledge of Ms Office Applications,
• Proactive, dynamic, challenging team player with perfect communication skills even under stressfull environments,
• Preferably excellent reporting and presentation skills with a result-oriented approach,
• Analytical, creative and strategic minded with good follow-up capacity,
• Self motivated, initiative taking,
• No military service obligation for male candidates or deferred at least two years

İŞ TANIMI

• To meet or exceed all aspects of individual, team and company targets by delivering profitable fleet solutions to our clients
• Maintain Midas database up to date
• Prepare analyses / reports needed in the acquisition of new clients or needed for internal purposes
• Prepare presentations for prospects/clients
• Preparation of high quality proposals for prospects/clients
• Close follow up of agreements sent to prospects with the objective to get the duly signed documents returned in a reasonable amount of time
• Initiate credit approvals
• To work closely with all other internal departments to achieve the goal of total customer satisfaction
• To provide clear, concise and timely reports to the management or other departments when requested
