QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Lesaffre, the Turkish branch of Lesaffre Group which is the global referance in the production of yeast and baking ingredients is looking for a new colleague who will be employed as Export Sales Responsible, reporting to Middle East and Central Asia Export Sales Manager.
- University degree in Business Administration,
- Experience on Central Asia and Middle East markets and FMCG sector are highly preferred,
- Fluency in English and Russian or Arabic is obligated,
- Advanced user of Ms Office applications,
- Strong collaboration skills,
- Strong communication, cooperation and organizational skills,
- Strong analytical skills,
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressure,
- Being a team player with high sense of responsibility,
- No obstacle for traveling,
- No military obligations for male candidates,
- Residence in İstanbul (preferably Anatolian side).
İŞ TANIMI
- Responsible in MECA region to sale, to develop, to collect the amounts and to animate the sales of dry yeast, fresh yeast, improvers and mixes,
- Maximise the profits and the commercial supports, following orientations determined by MECA Management,
- Mobilize and to optimise all resources of the Group to achieve the quantitative targets in volumes and amount) and to implement the qualitative targets define at the beginning of the year by the Manager,
- Update market knowledge of ours distributors, competitors, products, channels of distribution, segmentation of costumers and products, market new regulations,
- To animate and deal with our agents, distributors and importers
- To insure a financial follow up of costumers payments and to make sure that the agreement with costumer is respected
- To orient, to accompany, to develop skills of sales team of ours distributors in their market
- To propose and to elaborate , to budget commercial and promotional actions, to organise and to implement these actions in coordination with the different departments involve on the project
- To analyse the quantitative and qualitative impact of these actions
- To propose commercial, technical actions and correctives measures to specific situations
- To insure a follow up of costumers in coordination
- To organise the technical mission in coordination with Baking Center
- To identify new axes of market development
- To insure the follow up on the field of costumers and markets and to develop new markets
- To evaluate, to submit and to treat costumers claims in coordination with concerned departments.
