QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree from related departments.
  • Up to 2 years work experience in retail industry preferably in apparel company.
  • Strong customer relations & negotiation and reporting & analysis skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative and creative individual with problem solving orientation.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications especially Excel.
  • Target-oriented and proactive with a sense of urgency.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities, working well under pressure.
  • Willingness to work within flexible working hours if required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Managing Director Turkey, the incumbent will be responsible from the following:
 
  • Optimize sales by successfully managing company owned and franchise stores; provide appropriate service levels.
  • Continuously optimize a profitable portfolio in the area through growing, closing and opening retail doors.
  • Analyse performance and deliver seasonal plans to drive optimum sell-through and achieve financial goals & retail KPI’s.
  • Prepare budget of district that is responsible of and analyse profitability and cost
  • Build collaborative results focussed sell-through partnerships with customers, identifying opportunities and risks to consistently deliver the area sales target, build brand equity & lay the foundations for profitable growth.
  • Optimize retail performance through operational excellence: management of Retail Network and the implementation of the retail operations manual, staff trainings (incl. brand & product knowledge), staff motivational events, presentation standards, campaign implementation, windows & POS material.
  • Manage & develop store staff to deliver the sales target and brand equity goals whilst building passion for the brand & ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Set targets for each store and monitor their delivery in close cooperation with the Retail partner and /or Store manager
  • Deliver customer, consumer & sell-through market intelligence to Retail Operations Manager on a monthly basis.
