We are currently seeking a Business Analysis Intern.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in progress from Industrial Engineering, MIS, Statistics, Economics, Business
• Knowledge on MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Project is a plus,
• Internship experience at a Finance Corporation/Bank IT Department is a plus,
• Analytical and thorough thinking,
• Able to work independently as well as s part of a team,
• Very high attention to details with a provident mindset,
• Able to adapt oneself to a dynamic work environment,
• Good oral and written communication skills,
• Hungry to learn and develop.
• Able to work minimum 4 days/week in all summer, autumn and spring periods.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify all impacted stakeholders and enable collaboration between them to understand their needs from a business and customer/user perspective,
• Gather business requirements and translate requirements into appropriate technical specifications,
• Provide lightweight documentation to capture important context on the project domain, whenever necessary,
• Conduct all related tasks in requirements gathering, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, functionality/technical testing implementation, end-user interviews.
