Project Quality Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Electronical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering department,
• 3+ years’ experience with development quality from design concept through production launch, preferably in automotive industry,      
• Good comment of English in both spoken and written,        
• Having a systematic and result-oriented approach to problem-solving, achieving goals, customer focus,        
• Corrective/Preventive Actions, 8D and 5 Why / Ishikawa problem solving methods knowledge,        
• Has a knowledge in Core tools (PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA),        
• Has a knowledge in Problem solving methodologies (8D, ishikawa, 5-why analysis etc.)       
• Are analytical and proactive thinking, 
• Knowledge of plastic production processes,        
• Has a knowledge in Technical drawing interpretation and geometric tolerances,      
• No military obligation for male candidates,        
• No obligation to travel,        
• Having B Class Driver License
      

Job Description

Within Quality organization we are looking for a " Project Quality engineer" who will be responsible for the following functions;

• Following of Customer Quality Performance, critical problems, 
• Developing quality improvement projects, 
• Managing Capability, SPC & MSA activities, 
• Monitoring/Collecting/Analyzing process quality key indicators in a systematic approach to define the root causes and solve the problems, 
• Following up required approval process validation tests of new projects, 
• Following of necessary actions in scope of defined targets, 
• Support Design and Process FMEA activities, 
• Defining and taking  countermeasures against customer complaints, 
• Take place in quality related improvement activities, 
• Coordinating and monitoring the process (injection, coating, assembly) quality activities and requirements, 
• Participating design review meeting and checking customer complaint&LL from previous projects.
