QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree from a reputable university, preferably from business administration or psychology
- Retail experience is an asset
- Min. 3 years of training experience (preferably in a global company)
- Fluency in English
- Strong knowledge on MS Office applications
- Experience in designing, implementing and delivering training programs
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- No obstacle for travelling
İŞ TANIMI
The training responsible/manager position reports directly to the Administrative Coordinator at Mango Turkey.
Job Description:
Design, implement and regularly review all local training activities for Mango Turkey.
· To localise and improve trainings designed by the HQ in accordance with the needs of the store personnel and to deliver the trainings designed for sales and management teams.
· To design and localise induction training materials delivered at the stores by shop trainers and training store managers, train the related positions responsible from in-store trainings, follow up the implementation and make periodic updates at the system when necessary.
· To search and liase with third party training companies on boutique training projects such as soft skill or language development trainings.
· Responsible from the organisation of accomodation, flight and training allowance of training participants, follow up and payment process.
· Responsible from the design of developement activities for the stores.
· Responsible from preparing the annual training budget for Turkey and following up the actual cost. Responsible from taking the necessary measures in order to meet the budget requirements, such as proper training schedule management, training group organisation, search and negotiation for competitive hotel and flight prices.
